How to make Paneer Lababdar easily?

If you want to make Paneer Lababdar, it's important to note that the recipe is more involved than other Paneer dishes like Paneer Butter Masala or Paneer Makhani. These other recipes are simpler and quicker to make. For paneer butter masala, you must sauté onions and tomatoes and blend them into a paste. The Lababdar recipe, on the other hand, requires boiling tomatoes and spices in water to create a flavorful puree that's added to the curry base. This extra step is what gives Paneer Lababdar its unique taste and aroma.

If you're new to making Paneer Lababdar, don't worry! With these tips and suggestions, the recipe should be easy to follow. The recipe has two steps: first, prepare the base, and second, add Paneer cubes and spices. For the best results, we suggest using fresh paneer cubes to make the dish moist and soft. If you use store-bought Paneer, make sure it's fresh and watery. Remember that the gravy will thicken once it cools down, so add some water to maintain consistency when reheating and serving.
