Kadhai Paneer Gravy

Kadhai Paneer is a white based gravy that is served with cubed pieces of paneer. Paneer is an Indian cottage cheese that is a very popular protein substitute in the vegetarian community. Kadhai Paneer is a Mughlai based dish. Kadhai Paneer is best served with rice or naan.

Kadhai Paneer is a sweet and rich curry with a mild spice level.

Ingredients Needed:
3 cups Water, 2 cups Cubed Paneer, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1/3 tbsp Butter, 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Prep:
1. Season paneer with salt & pepper.
2. Add the Easy Gravy Bowl jar contents to a bowl & mix thoroughly with water to create gravy.
Cook:
1. Melt butter in pan.
2. Add gravy & bring to a rapid simmer on med/high heat. Stir regularly: 2-3 min.
3. Add seasoned paneer to pan. Continue simmering until gravy thickens to desired consistency: 8-10 min. Stir to avoid burning.
4. Remove from heat & drizzle in cream. Let sit: 3 min.
5. Enjoy!
